What is the return policy?
Currently our processing time for orders is between 2-4 business days, and shipping times are from 3-7 business days depending on the shipping conditions in your area. Please note, Confidently Me Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS or any of the other carriers that we work with. During high volume shopping seasons keep in mind when ordering that there may be a greater possibility of delays due to carrier delays.
Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
Cutoff times on the eve of a holiday varies based on the carrier services hours for that day. Any orders placed on these days or after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
Please have an expectation when ordering around holidays that delivery may take a few more days than normal to complete delivery of your purchase due to the high volume the carriers are experiencing.
We will do everything in our power to ensure your purchases reach you ASAP, but we appreciate you for your patience and understanding with any delays.
Lost packages:
- File claim with USPS
- File police report
- Wait for USPS investigation results, depending on the results items may be reshipped.
Confidently Me Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking number is issued the customer assumes all responsibility of the items.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
